Conception is the partner of Research and Development.   Working on our own (or hopefully with your campaign manager) we will develop an ad concept to position in you in the field, get your story out there, and create a strong public identity for you.

Whether it be :30, :60, or something longer for the internet use only, we write the story and make the argument for you.  We work with you on revisions before proceeding to shooting or editing.  Or we can just hand you the script for your own use.

Scriptwriting alone costs 150/hr.

We shoot HD on a Canon C100 and capture to a Ninja.  We have a standard lens and EF-50mm Cinema Lens for, well, a cinematic feel. Typically shoots occur in the NYC and Long Island area but budget-permitting, we can go anywhere.  Truth be told, if you aren’t doing a television media buy and your ad won’t be airing on broadcast, you might prefer to shoot on an iPhone to save cost.

In our view, editing is where the magic happens!

We deliver finished ads color corrected, mixed, compressed and ready for upload to the internet but if we’re working for television, just let us know. We’ll deliver a big, fat file with audio and video levels where they need to be acceptable to quality control supervisors at the broadcasters.

We’re just starting to have fun with the accessible animation software that has come to market in the last couple of years. It has its limits but currently is capable of bringing a certain campiness and freshness to political messaging.

For animation services alone (we typically use Vyond software), 300/hr.

Maryann does voiceover on all the “Paid for by 52 Women” content here.   She’s no Scarlett Johansson or Kathleen Turner (if you are of age) but she gets the job done.

We can arrange for other talent.  Jon Hamm and Sam Elliot are hard to book but there are a LOT of voices out there.
